Raffa, Ronald, A., 63, of Middle Highway, died peacefully on November 23, 2009. He was the husband of Regina D. (Paolino) Raffa.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Michael and Mary (DeSpirito) Raffa, he was a lifelong resident of Barrington.

Mr. Raffa was the facility director at the Bayside Family YMCA, Barrington.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a son; Robert A. Raffa and his wife Kendall of Attleboro, MA, a daughter; Rhea M. Gorman and her husband Michael of North Attleboro, MA, a brother; Michael Raffa and his wife Ellen of Warren and four grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday November 29, 2009 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside from 3-6 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday November 30, 2009 in the Carmelite Monastery, Watson Avenue, Barrington at 10 am. Burial will be held in Forest Chapel Cemetery.
