AZULAY, THOMAS E. ‘TOMMIE’ 58, of Wickenden St., died Tuesday at Home & Hospice Care of RI surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late William D. and Madeline T. (Silva) Azulay.

He is survived by one brother, David R. Azulay, two sisters, Paula E. Azulay and Priscilla E. Stephenston, and his long-time companion, Ron. He was the brother of the late Michael A. and William D. Azulay, Jr.

His funeral will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial in the Cathedral of St. Peter & Paul, 30 Fenner Street, Providence at 10:00 AM. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours are Sunday, 4 – 8 PM.
