Yvonne E. (Ellis) Colasanti, 81, of Monmouth Drive, Riverside died unexpectedly on June 22, 2024 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Alberto Colasanti.

Born in Wrexham, Wales, a daughter of the late Jack and Ann May (Evans) Ellis, she lived in Riverside for 30 years.

Mrs. Colasanti was an Administrative Assistant for ADP for 40 years before retiring in 2010.

Yvonne was a member of the Ocean State Baptist Church, Smithfield and the East Providence Senior Center.

Mrs. Colasanti enjoyed bible studies and spending time with her loving family.

She is survived by her children, Odette R. Luoni of Burrillville, Mara R. Olink of Rumford and Monica M. Polando of Uxbridge, MA; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Monday July 1, 2024 in the Ocean State Baptist Church, 600 Douglas Pike, Smithfield at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.

    I loved your Mom since youth. She was always so kind, thoughtful and loving.
    I have found that the loss of one’s mother is the hardest loss to bear.
