Leona Kenworthy, 87, of Madison Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on October 22, 2024 at Evergreen Health Center, East Providence, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Leo and Bernice (Hewes) Kenworthy, she was a lifelong resident of East Providence.

Leona was a devoted Christian woman, she enjoyed solving puzzles and going to the casino with her friends.

She survived by her children, Debra L. Eaton of North Providence, Robert E. Winfield Sr. of Riverside, Steven M. Winfield of Harrisville, David J. Winfield of Riverside, Linda J. Herbert of Logo, Fl, Paul L. Winfield of Dover, NH and Paula B. DiBello of Cranston; 23 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren and 1 great greatgrandchild and a sister Diane T. Kenworthy of Riverside. She was the sister of the late Elaine Amaral and Wilfred T. Kenworthy and grandmother of the late Ashley B. Winfield and Joshua A. Davis.

Her Funeral service will be held on Saturday October 26, 2024 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 9 a.m. Calling Hours are Saturday morning 8-9 a.m.
