Maryanne (Costello) Gagne, 69, of Cul De Sac Way, Riverside, died unexpectedly on December 14, 2024 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of David T. Gagne.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Kenneth F. Costello Sr. and Mary (Donley) Costello, she lived in Riverside for 46 years. She was a graduate of East Providence High School Class of 1972.

Mrs. Gagne was a Corporate Real Estate Coordinator for CVS for 20 years before retiring in 2016.

Maryanne was a communicant of St. Brendan Church. She was a former member of the Waddington School PTA and a volunteer for the Cubs Scouts and Boys Scouts of America. She enjoyed spending time with her loving family.

Besides her husband of 48 years, she is survived by three sons, Todd D. Gagne and his wife Catherine of Riverside, Christopher M. Gagne and his wife Holly of Cumberland and Thomas J. Gagne and his wife Caroline of Riverside; five grandchildren, Kayla, Grace, Ava, Mallory and Thomas; a brother, Kenneth F. Costello Jr. of Rumford and a sister, Martha M. Costello of Riverside.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday December 19, 2024 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside from 4-7 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday December 20, 2024 in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside at 9 a.m.

    together. Also we worked together at Francis school for many years! She was a great person and a joy to work with at school!
