Maryann (Natale) Medici, 83, of Wamsetta Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on January 10, 2025 at the Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Barrington, a daughter of the late Pietro and Angelina (Dorsi) Natale, she lived in Riverside since 1969. She was a graduate of Barrington High School Class of 1959.

Mrs. Medici was a secretary at Anderson Motors Inc. for 37 years before retiring in 2011.

Maryann was a communicant of Holy Angels Church. She enjoyed traveling with her friends, gardening and spending time with her loving family.

She is survived by three children, Angela Medici and her husband Ted Candiloro of Coventry, Lisa Medici and her husband Michael Del Toro of Riverside and John Medici and his wife Christine of Cumberland; three grandchildren, Lucianna, Veronica and Samuel, who were the light of her life; a twin brother, Peter Natale Jr. and his wife Marylou of Barrington; a sister, Claire Martins of Warren and two sister-in-law’s, Constance C. Natale of Barrington and Mary Natale of Barrington. She was the sister of the late Ralph Natale Sr. and Anthony Natale and sister-in-law of the late Raymond Martins.

Her Funeral will be held on Friday January 17, 2025 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Angels Church, Maple Avenue, Barrington at 10 a.m.

Calling Hours are Thursday 4-7 p.m. Contributions in Maryann’s memory to Hope Health Hospice & Palliative Center, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI, 02904 would be deeply appreciated.

  2. Ange, Lisa, John, I wish I could be there to honor and celebrate Marianne’s life. I have fond memories of her and her feistiness. She was never shy to tell it like it is, a trait I always respected and appreciated about her. She now rests in eternal peace. May you all find comfort knowing that.
