Leona Kenworthy, 87, of Riverside, died peacefully on October 22, 2024 at Evergreen Health Center, East Providence, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Leo and Bernice (Hewes) Kenworthy, she was a lifelong resident of East Providence.

Leona was a devoted Christian woman, she enjoyed going to the casino with her family and doing puzzles.

She survived by her children, Debra L. Eaton of North Providence, Robert E. Winfield Sr. of Riverside, Steven M. Winfield of Harrisville, David J. Winfield of Riverside, Linda J. Hebert of Largo, Fl, Paul L. Winfield of Ossipee, NH and Paula B. DiBello of Cranston; 23 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and a sister Diane T. Kenworthy of Riverside. She was the sister of the late Elaine Amaral and Wilfred T. Kenworthy and grandmother of the late Ashley B. Winfield and Joshua A. Davis.

Her Funeral service will be held on Saturday October 26, 2024 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 9 a.m. Calling Hours are Saturday morning 8-9 a.m. Burial will follow in Little Neck Cemetery, Riverside.

    Grandma was such a great person she always took care of everybody before herself. As a kid me and my siblings always loved when she came over she would come with a bag full of goodies. I am going to miss you very much grandma. Now you get to bowl with the angels
