Mom we are coming up on the holiday that you liked the most, Thanksgiving”. How much you loved that hot turkey dinner with all the fixings. It will not be the same this year without you. So many things are so different and so much of what you told me has come true. I hope that you and dad are both at peace. Love you very much.
To Patty and the entire Galvin family… my condolences to you on the loss of your mother, grandmother, great grandmother. Everyone in Riverside knew Mrs. Galvin from Crown bakery not to mention being the mom of six daughters. She will be missed by so many.
To Patti and the Galvin family.
Deepest sympathy to all of you on the passing of Anne. She was a cousin of my mother Ann Morris. I remember the time Anne and her husband Vinnie stayed with us in Co Mayo, Ireland. We had great laughs with them both. May she rest peace.

My condolences to the entire Galvin family. I grew up on Leroy Dr. and I was forever in that bakery for those Sugar Cookies sold by the dozen. Your sweet Mom always knew what I wanted.❤️
Kathy I’m so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing all I can say is god gained a precious angel 🙏🏻
To Patty and the Galvin Family,
My thoughts and sympathy are with you on your Moms passing. My early memory of Mrs Galvin, is when us kids all attended St Brendans School together. Your home always had a welcoming Mom and a box of doughnuts. A stop at Crown Sweet Shop always meant a hello from Ann.
She left a beautiful legacy in her family and her deep roots to Riverside.
Mom you are finally at peace. The last days of your life were so hard to watch you suffer. I go into the house now and look at the recliner and all I can see is you sitting there doing your word finds. I am going to miss our little talks and the calls at night from you asking me “Maryanne what channel are the red sox on”. I could never figure out why you continued watching but that is what you enjoyed. We were very lucky that we had you around for 94 years. Not many people live that long. You were the last of the O’Donnell family. Now you are all together in heaven. I am sure dad was waiting there for you also. Rest in peace mom. Love you with all my heart.
My sincere condolences to the Galvin family. I fondly recall your mom from the bakery. She was always very kind and friendly to us kids. That same spirit lives on with her family. All of the Galvin girls are products of her; kind, sweet and friendly. I will never forget her. Rest in Peace

To the Galvin family,
As Jen Silva reminisced, I too had the pleasure of working beside Anne for many years and have some very fond memories. I recall on Sunday mornings , leaving my house in Seekonk to go to her house in riverside to pick her up, then go back to Howard Johnson’s in Seekonk for breakfast only to go back to riverside to work at the bakery. All this was at 5am!! There was the time we had a robbery at the bakery when Kathy and I were working. We called Anne to tell her and she didn’t believe us and made Kathy say “ honest to God” before she would believe us. I was also a product of her “condensing” institution. We had so many memories with her, she was one of a kind. Happy Bingo playing in heaven Anne❤️
My condolences to the family
To the Galvin girls and their families. I’m sending my condolences to you on the passing of your mom. I have many fond memories of your family when we played together as kids. Her passing marks the end of an era in the neighborhood.
Maryanne, Patti, Karan, Barbara, Kathy and Anne-Marie,
I am so sorry. Your mom was such a special woman and I cherish the years and the memories of working by her side. She taught me so many things about life, even when she wasn’t even trying, and I could always tell by the way she looked at me if I was going to get a lecture. As I write this I can hear her yelling for me in the back to “come out here and condense”. She was one of a kind and I am so grateful to have known and loved her. Sending much love.
To Galvin Family,
I’m so sorry for your loss.
Losing a parent is so very hard. May you cherish all your wonderful memories.
With my deepest sympathy.
