Creighton, Benjamin H. “Ben”, 61, of East Providence, died peacefully on July 19, 2023 at the Hope Health Hospice Center, Providence, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Mary A. (Dutra) Creighton.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Elmer and Margaret (Gutekenst) Creighton, he was a lifelong resident of East Providence.
Mr. Creighton enjoyed working on classic cars and spending time with his loving children and grandchildren.
Besides his wife of thirty three years, he is survived by four daughters, Samantha Creighton of Woonsocket, Jessica Gallo of Coventry, Angelina Wakester of Florida and Norma Pereira of East Providence; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Edward Creighton of Florida and Elmer Creighton of Coventry and three sisters, Mary Mello of East Providence, Anna Brightman of East Providence and Margaret Creighton of Coventry.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Monday July 24, 2023 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside from 5-8 p.m.
Benji .You were such a good person to me . Someone I looked up to .when life didn’t make sence to me. You always put things in perspective even though we were same age you always seem so much wiser .I Thank you for being you. You deserved the best.from what I see .you have had treasures of your Beautiful family & Friends you totally deserved .RIP. Benji.
