Elsie Ann (Mueller) Comerford, 81, of Halleck Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on March 15, 2025 at The Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late George Comerford.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late George F. and Bertha L. (Begnoche) Mueller, she lived in Riverside for many years.
Mrs. Comerford was a member of the Riverside Congregational Church. She enjoyed cake decorating, arts & crafts and ceramics.
She is survived by two brothers, John Mueller and his wife Suzanne of Riverside and David Mueller and his wife Charlene of Riverside and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Dawn Porr.
Her funeral services will be private.
When a person that is part of your personal photo album online, passes on , your heart breaks , hearing of Elsie’s passing makes our hearts break. She was a soft spoken , easy going , lover of life. She was a great friend only for a few years , but long enough to get to know her and enjoy her company when we saw each other at the Honey Dew in Riverside !! We will miss her with all our hearts 💕. May she rest in peace and until we see each other again , Elsie. Love and peace to her family and friends. I hope the picture I’ll try to share makes it to our condolence.
