Sullivan, James, A., Sr., 58, of Maple Avenue, Riverside, died unexpectedly on February 27, 2010.

Born in Providence, a son of Julio Ziroli of Riverside and the late Elsie (Sullivan) Ziroli, he lived in East Providence most of his life.

Mr. Sullivan was the owner and operator of the J.A. Sullivan Building and Remodeling Co. for the past 30 years.

Besides his father, he is survived by two sons; James A. Sullivan Jr. of Swansea, MA and Nicholas A. Sullivan of Coventry, a daughter; Jessica R. Page of Ledyard, CT, two sisters; Jeanette Bicho and Beverly Egarr, both of Cape Coral, FL, a brother; Daniel Sullivan of North Providence, three grandchildren, soon to be five; Merrek, Michael and Isabella Page and a companion; Jane ‘Bunny’ Boyce of Riverside. He was the brother of the late Anna M. Adams and Joan Danella.

His funeral and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, Riverside.
