Vierra, Maria, (Rodgers), 83, formerly of South Spruce Street, died unexpectedly on February 10, 2010. She was the wife of the late James Vierra.

She was the mother of James of East Providence, Walter of Brandon, FL, Ronald of North Scituate and seven grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday February 16, 2010 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 7:45 am with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Martha Church, Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence at 9 am. Burial will follow in the Rhode Island Veteran Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours are Monday 4-7 pm.
