  12. Dear Hank and Marie,

I mourn the death of our Thanksgiving gatherer, Janie. I’ve let our nieces and neohews know via email. I am grateful for all that you’ve done for her during this awkward period of her life. The stories of Mark and Robin visiting her and taking her to church are the takeaway from Janie’s life. She was such a giver. Thank you for the many ways you loved her. Anne
