Paula M. Ouellette

Ouellette, Paula M. (Gonsalves), 73, formerly of Riverside and Tiverton, died unexpectedly on January 10, 2021 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH. She was the wife of the late Raymond A. Ouellette for forty one years.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Anthony and Alice (Vasconcellos) Gonsalves, she lived in East Providence for 30 years, Tiverton for 5 years and North Thetford, Vermont for 10 years.
Mrs. Ouellette was a librarian at Our Lady of Fatima High School for 8 years before retiring in 1992.
Paula was a graduate of East Providence High School Class of 1965.
Mrs. Ouellette was a former communicant, eucharistic minister, lecture and financial officer at St. Brendan Church, Riverside for over 30 years.
Paula enjoyed painting, traveling with family and friends to various resorts and spending time with her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Timothy P. Ouellette and his wife Kathy of North Thetford, Vermont, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Ann-Marie Blake and sister of the late Anthony Gonsalves Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, January 18, 2021 in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside, RI at 10 a.m. The Mass will be livestreamed at www.stbren.com.

Tim, we are so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother.
She and your father were friends at St Brendan’s. I was also in the choir with him for many years. Sincere condolences to you and your family.
