Robert E. Kennedy, 54, of Brown Street, East Providence, died unexpectedly on October 20, 2024 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Lee (Deshong) Kennedy.
Born in Providence, a son of Robert E. Kennedy of Riverside and the late Karyl (Vaudry) Kennedy, he was a lifelong resident of East Providence.
Mr. Kennedy was a dedicated computer technician for the Aspen Aerogel, East Providence for 12 years.
He enjoyed gardening and vibing to music and was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan.
Besides his wife of 34 years, he is survived by his children, Robert, Stephanie, James and Nicole Kennedy all of East Providence; four beautiful grandchildren, Jayden, Ethan (Billy Bob), RJ (BooBoo Bears) and Ayden all the light of Robert’s Life; two brothers, Derek Kennedy of Portsmouth and David Kennedy of Barrington.
A Memorial service will be held on a date and time to be announced.
