Dyson, Robert J., 84, of Grassy Plain Road, Riverside, died peacefully on February 21, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Louise L. (O’Neil) Dyson.

A lifelong resident of Riverside, he was the son of the late John and Melba (Vitulo) Dyson.

Mr. Dyson was a teacher for the RI School of Electronics for many years.

Robert was a United States Navy Veteran.

Besides his wife of 52 years, he is survived by a daughter, Michele L. Silveira of Attleboro, MA; a son, Kevin J. Dyson of Riverside and four grandchildren, Brandon, Morgan, Gage and Paige. He was the brother of the late John L. Dyson Jr.

His funeral service will be held on Friday March 1, 2019 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 12 noon. Calling hours are Friday morning 11 a.m.-12 noon. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Flowers are respectfully omitted.     I am so sorry for your loss, but please keep in mind that the bible says there will be a resurrection. Acts 24 15. Do you long to experience the joy of having a dead love one come to life again? God’s word the bible gives us that wonderful hope namely, the prospect of living in a paradise on earth and seeing the resurrection of our dead loved ones. Luke 23 : 43. The bible calls Jehovah God the creator of life and the source of life. Acts 17 : 24, 25. Therefore, the One who gave life to all living creatures is certainly capable of restoring life to someone who has died. And in the future death will be no more. Revelations 21 : 3, 4.     I am so saddened by the passing of Bob. I love you guys so much. Bod is no longer suffering. He was a great man who had no complaints through all his pain and suffering. Some of my great days was taking care of him. He will truly be missed. I love you Mrs. Dyson
