  1. We were neighbors down the hall from Ron for about 20 years on the UWS in NYC. Ron was instrumental in converting our building to a coop in the ‘70s and served as President of the Board for several terms. Ron was a character, but always an astute businessman and a strong leader. Above all, he was a kind man. He will be well remembered by all who had the privilege to know him. RIP, Ron. We don’t think you wasted even one minute of your life.

  2. I’m truly heartbroken to hear about Ronald’s passing. He was such a kind and genuine soul, always bringing a smile to everyone around him. I’ll forever remember those mornings when he would show up with fresh blueberry muffins from Dunkin’ Donuts. It was such a simple yet meaningful gesture that showed just how thoughtful he was. He always made the days brighter with his positive attitude and his hard work never went unnoticed. Ronald had a heart of gold, and his kindness was felt by everyone who had the privilege of working with him. He may no longer be with us, but his spirit and the memories he left behind will live on. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. He will always be remembered as one of the sweetest, most hardworking people I’ve ever known. Rest in peace, my friend.

  3. To Patricia & family . I want to express my very sincere & heartfelt codolences on Ron’s passing . It’s so hard to believe he’s gone – he was so vibrant smart & sharply funny & had so much energy (going everywhere on the subway !) Ron was my colleague at Tudor Realty / First Service as well as AZ Realty for 15 years but more than that, he was my friend. We enjoyed a great friendship as well as a terrific working relationship doing deals together & laughing at lunch. He was a generous friend. I loved him very much & will miss him terribly. You are unforgettable Ron… RIP
