Stanley J. Ulbrych III

Ulbrych, Stanley J. III, 88, of East Knowlton Street, Riverside, died peacefully on January 26, 2023 at the HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care, Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary E. (Melo) Ulbrych.
Born in Long Branch, New Jersey, a son of the late Stanley J. Ulbrych Jr. and Iris A. (Hoyt), he lived in Riverside since 1966.
Mr. Ulbrych was an electric assembler for the Raytheon Corporation in Portsmouth, RI for 31 years.
Mr. Ulbrych was an Army National Guard Veteran serving for 22 years.
Stanley enjoyed photography and spending time with his loving grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughter, Gloria Rose and her husband Steven of Barrington and two grandchildren, Andrew and Ainsley Rose.
A Private funeral service with Military Honors will be held in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Burial will follow. Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. Stanley you were my best friend. We did things together had a blast and travelled together nobody treated me better. And my best friend you are a reluctant dragon with a champagne personality and the heart of a champion! Our daily communication and excursions here and there are sadly missed. And will be for a long time! A special thanks to Steve Gloria Andrew and Ainsley for the huge priveledge of sharing dad, father in law grandpa with me. He loved you very much ! When a person touches your life you know they are special just because they were who they were. I’m indeed blessed an honored to have had you in my world and am indeed a better person because of the experience! Dear Gloria and family. So sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved Dad. Instill remember his love of photography and how he used to come to our house to take pictures of us doing gymnastics in our backyard. Hugs and most sincere condolences to you and your family during this trying time.
He was a sweet man. I will cherish the pictures he took of St. Mark’s Church before it closed. Join Mary now in heaven, she has missed you.

My deapist condolences to the family Stanley and his late wife Mary lived next door two wonderful people after his wife passed my family kept an eye out for Stanley he was close to my brother he will be deeply missed may God bless him and the family now he can rest in peace with his wife.
